Custom Orders & Our Commitment
All of our boxes are custom-made to your approved specifications. Once you approve the design and production begins, changes can no longer be made. We ask you to carefully review all details before final approval. Because these products are customized, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect or mistake on our part. We take great pride in our work and want you to be completely satisfied with your order.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only in the following cases:
Products produced incorrectly due to our error.
Products damaged during shipping.
Custom boxes with design or color errors that are our fault.
We do not accept returns for:Changes of mind.
Errors in design or text that were approved during proofing.
Customer-provided mistakes or incorrect details.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition as when delivered. Please do not mark, label, or further open the product before contacting us.
How to Start a Return
If you receive a defective or damaged product:
Email us within 7 business days of delivery with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
Include clear, well-lit photos showing the damage or defect.
Our team will review your claim and provide detailed return instructions.
We aim to respond within 1 business day. Providing complete and clear information helps us resolve your issue faster.
Inspection & Approval
Once we receive your returned product:
Our team will inspect the item and compare it to the submitted photos.
This process typically takes up to 3 business days.
If your return meets our criteria, we’ll approve it for a refund or replacement.
If not, we’ll notify you with our decision and any next steps.
Refund Process
If your return is approved:
Refund Method: Issued to your original payment method.
Processing Time: Up to 10 business days after approval.
Shipping Costs: Refunded only if the return is due to our error.
Refund Amount: The product cost only (excluding extra fees).
You’ll receive email confirmation when your refund is initiated.
Exchanges
Because our boxes are custom-made, exchanges are generally not offered. Please review your design carefully before final approval. In exceptional cases, if an exchange is approved:
The original item must be returned in acceptable condition.
We may offer a discount on a new order as a courtesy.
Damaged or Faulty Products
We take great care to securely pack and ship your boxes. However, damage can occur during transit or production errors may arise. If you receive a damaged or faulty box:
Inspect Immediately: Check the condition of your boxes upon delivery.
Photograph Clearly: Take detailed photos of any damage or flaws.
Contact Us: Email us with your order number, photos, and a brief description.
If the issue is our responsibility, we will repair, replace, or refund your order promptly.
Cancellation Policy
Before Production Begins: Orders can be cancelled if production has not started.
After Production Begins: Cancellations are not possible.
We strongly encourage you to review all details carefully before giving final approval. Our team is happy to answer any questions before you confirm your order.
Return Shipping & Costs
If a return is approved due to our error or shipping damage, we will cover the return shipping cost.
For all other cases, you will be responsible for return shipping.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery back to us, as we cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged return shipments.
